Cancellation Policy

We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. We understand that life happens — please communicate with us as early as possible so we can accommodate you.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we reserve the right to reschedule or modify the service to fit the remaining time. Our team prepares extensively for each client, and late arrivals can impact the quality of service we deliver. Please plan to arrive 5–10 minutes early.

No-Shows

Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in full forfeiture of the deposit. Repeat no-shows may result in the requirement of a higher deposit for future bookings. We value your time and ours — please keep your commitments.

Deposits & Payment

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. The deposit amount varies by service and will be applied toward your final balance. We accept all major credit cards, debit, and cash. A 2% discount is available for cash payments.

New Client Consultation

All new clients are required to complete a consultation form before their first appointment. This allows us to assess your hair type, discuss your goals, and create a customized plan. We may request photos of your current hair to provide an accurate quote. This process ensures you receive the best possible result.

Aftercare & Maintenance

Proper aftercare is essential for the longevity of your extensions. We provide detailed aftercare instructions after every installation. Maintenance appointments are recommended every 6–8 weeks depending on your extension method. Failure to follow aftercare guidelines may affect your results and is not covered under our satisfaction guarantee.

No Extra Guests

For the comfort and privacy of all our clients, we do not allow extra guests during extension installation appointments. Our studio is a focused, professional environment where our artists need full concentration to deliver flawless results. We appreciate your understanding — this policy ensures every client receives our undivided attention and the best possible experience.

All Sales & Services Are Final

All hair extension purchases and salon services are final. Due to the custom, personalized nature of our work, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits on completed services or hair that has been opened, colored, or installed. We invest significant time in consultations and custom planning to ensure your satisfaction before any work begins. If you have concerns after your appointment, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address them.
